CCE 4300 - Traffic Design

Elements of traffic engineering, including traffic flow theory and highway capacity analysis. Traffic engineering tools and implements including traffic signs and markings, signals, and lighting. Application of control measures such as coordination of signal systems, speed control, and zoning, one-way streets, and limited access facilities.
