SPED 6370 - Research and Evaluation Techniques in Special Education This course is designed to provide students with fundamental knowledge and skills in research and evaluation in special education. Topics include the use of the scientific approach, research and evaluation designs, observations and measurement instruments, statistical analysis, and report writing. Students will be expected to design and carry through a small research project.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: Department approval.
Credits: 3 hours
