CS 5270 - Computer Graphics An introduction to modern computer graphics systems. Topics covered include graphics hardware, two- and three-dimensional geometry and transformations, rendering, shading, texturing, raster and vector graphics, and modeling with curves and surfaces. Students will learn basic concepts and techniques in interactive computer graphics with emphasis on modern graphics programming.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisites: CS 3310 with a grade of “C” or better.
Credits: 3 hours
Notes: Open to upperclass or graduate students. Undergraduates with junior or senior status who have met the specific course Prerequisites or have the permission of the instructor may enroll in 5000-level courses.
