HIST 3325 - History of Healthcare in the World This course will have a special emphasis on the ways scientific knowledge of the human body, illness and wellness have changed over broad spans of time and in both Western and Non-Western cultures. Students will examine medical practices and ideas in cultures ranging from ancient Mesopotamia to colonial America.
Credits: 3 hours
