LAW 3820 - Business Law The study of law affecting common business transactions. The course examines the formation and performance of contracts, basic types of property interests, and key aspects of laws affecting commercial paper. Sales law, creditor-debtor relationships, and estate planning laws are briefly discussed.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisite: LAW 3800
Credits: 3 hours
