FCS 3700 - Introduction to Food Systems and Sustainability This course examines the practical and ethical aspects of food production, transformation, service, and consumption on social, economic, and environmental sustainability. Major elements that impact the environment such as use of water, air, land, energy, and transportation will be discussed.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisite: Junior/senior standing.
