FCS 1020 - Introduction to the Food Service Industry

The purpose of this course is to learn about the variety of professions available within the food service industry. Exploration of career paths available to the student will be facilitated, setting the stage for the direction of the Food Service Administration program. Includes focused discussion on sustainability and corporate responsibility in the local/domestic/global marketplace.
