SPED 6655 - Coaching Classroom Management The purpose of this course is to provide strategies and tools that enable an instructional coach or behavior intervention specialist to have a positive influence and impact on the behavior management skills and practices of classroom teachers in general and special education settings. The focus of this course will be how coaches can assist classroom teachers, in a non-evaluative context, to implement evidence-based proactive and positive instructional strategies.
Credits: 3 hours
