STAT 6970 - Data Science Masters Project

Students will work on a special project in a data science area. A technical report on the results of each student's project must be approved by the course instructor and published as a departmental technical report.

Note: Data Science master students may take either STAT 6970 or CS 6970 for credit towards their MS in Data Science degree. Open to graduate students only.

Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisites: Graduate level competency in data science and the subject areas of the project. Approval of the instructor is required.

Credits: 4 hours
