ECON 3090 - Women and the Economy This course studies the role of women in the economy, both in the labor force and the household, and women’s economic status. Topics covered include gender discrimination, the feminization of poverty, and the effects of public policies on the economic status of women. Prerequisite: ECON 1070, 1080, 2010, or 2020.
