ART 3890 - European and American Art 1900—1945

Emphasis is placed upon the roots of contemporary trends and the contributions of individuals to new modes of presentation in Europe and America. Major developments, including Fauvism, Cubism, Expressionism, and Surrealism are discussed using both traditional and current methods of analysis.
