CHEM 5500 - Biochemistry I The chemistry, properties, and molecular biology of proteins and nucleic acids. Includes discussions of amino acids, enzymes, and biochemical energetics.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisites: CHEM 3770, 3780, and 4300.
Credits: 3 hours
Notes: Open to Upperclass and Graduate students. Undergraduates with junior or senior status and 12 credit hours in chemistry may enroll in 500-level courses with prior approval of the department chair. When Offered: Fall
