MDSC 6020 - Problem-Based Learning II This is a second course in a sequence of three courses designed to provide an opportunity for students to apply the concepts and skills previously learned in other program courses through the examination of patient medical cases. Students will develop clinical reasoning skills and integrate their knowledge into solving medical problems. The student will learn how to develop a differential diagnosis, focus the physical examination of the patient, order appropriate laboratory tests, reach a conclusive diagnosis, and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: Admission to the Physician Assistant program.
Credits: 3 hrs.
