MKTG 6750 - Services Marketing The study of services marketing with an emphasis on service quality and customer satisfaction. Topics will include the nature and environment of services, customer expectations and satisfaction, TQM, competitive benchmarking, service quality measurement and gap analysis, relationship marketing, and strategy planning for services.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: MKTG 6130 is recommended prior to taking MKTG 6750.
Credits: 3 hours
Notes: Open to Graduate Students Only. Enrollment in HCOB graduate business courses requires admission to the M.B.A. or M.S.A. program or the approval of the Director of Graduate Business Programs.
