ME 5450 - Computational Fluid Dynamics I Basics of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) including classification of partial differential equations, finite difference formulations, parabolic partial differential equations, stability analysis, elliptical equations, hyperbolic equations, scalar representations of the Navier-Stokes equations and grid generation.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisites: ME 3560; CS 2010.
