CCE 5310 - Advanced Construction Project The course will build on the information that is normally provided to students in the undergraduate construction management courses on planning and control of construction projects. The focus of this course will be to provide the students knowledge of quantitative tools that can be used in planning and controlling construction projects. Topics to be covered will include cash flow forecasting, site planning, site administration, risk analysis, contract documents and contracts administration. Advanced planning tools such as line of balance, velocity diagrams, time-cost trade off, resource planning with applications to construction projects will also be discussed.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisites: CCE 4310 and CCE 4360 or instructor approval.
Credits: 3 hours
