FIN 6220 - Financial Restructuring An investigation and analysis of the financial aspects of corporate restructuring. The course emphasizes valuation of public and private companies. In addition, it examines the financial implications of leveraged buyouts, spin-offs, and other types of divestitures.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: FIN 6120.
Credits: 3 hours
