OLP 6791 - Masters Seminar in Organizational Learning and Performance

This course provides an overview of the masters degree program including instruction on how to create an electronic online portfolio. This will be accomplished through the use of classroom discussion, writings, presentations and online discussions. Students will gain an understanding of the standards set forth by professional disciplines that inform human resource development and organizational learning and performance, and undertake professional self-assessment to guide their program planning.
