HOL 5350 - Holistic Approaches to Stress This course will focus on the nature, sources and symptoms of stress, and provide a holistic approach for the management of stress. The relationship between stress and personality, lifestyle, health and illness will be explored. In addition, the reasons for, and management of, professional and organizational burn-out will be presented.
Credits: 3 hours
