MGMT 2500 - Organizational Behavior This course provides an examination of individual, interpersonal, group, and organization processes faced by employees. Current theory, research, and practice regarding variables that influence human behavior are discussed. Emphasis is placed on learning relevant to goal setting, managing change, team processes, reward structures, human productivity, and career management in organization settings.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisite: BUS 1750
Credits: 3 hours
