MGMT 3500 - Managing Diversity in Organizations Knowledge and skills needed to manage an increasingly diverse work force are explored. The impact of gender, race, ethnicity, culture, and other dimensions of a diverse work force on organizations are examined. Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) are used to study effective utilization of human resources.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisite: MGMT 2520 or MGMT 3520.
Credits: 3 hours
