PHIL 2200 - Critical Thinking A systematic study of extended arguments aimed at helping students develop the skills necessary for understanding, analyzing, and evaluating argumentative rhetoric. Topics included are argument identification and argument structure, definitions and disputes, deduction and induction, premise verification and informal fallacies.
Credits: 3 hours
