AFS 3950 - Women of Color in the U.S. Examines how race, gender and class (institutionalized through images, workplace experiences, and family policies) have shaped the lives of women of color (Native Americans, African-Americans, Latinas, Asians, and Arab women) in the United States - and they have acted, individually and collectively, to fight oppression and create community.
