ART 4930 - Graduation Preparation This course covers topics useful to the student as they make the transition from art school to their own practice as a professional artist. Coursework will provide resources on all aspects of the emerging artist’s career-studio practice, including developing ties in the art world, documenting work, exhibiting art, writing about art, taking on curatorial responsibilities, addressing financial and legal concerns, and applying to graduate school. Students are encouraged to take this course the semester prior to the semester in which they graduate.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisite: Senior standing.
Credits: 3 hours
