AVS 4900 - Senior Project I – Planning First course of a two-semester sequence. Students work in teams on approved projects. Class discussion will include problem definition, project planning, task scheduling, ethics, and decision impact analysis. Use of case studies will add to the students’ understanding of real world situations.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisite: AVS 4600 and junior standing.
Credits: 1 hour
Restrictions: Restricted to majors in Aviation Flight Science; Aviation Management and Operations; or Aviation Maintenance Technology.
Notes: This course, when completed satisfactorily with AVS 4910, is approved as a writing-intensive course which may satisfy the baccalaureate-level writing requirement of the student’s curriculum. When Offered: Fall
