BIOS 5310 - Biology of Aging This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the aging process. The lectures will emphasize the anatomical, physiological and molecular changes which occur in cells and organs with aging. Clinical applications are introduced where they provide additional insight into the aging process.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisites: Junior standing and at least 12 credits in biology, including either BIOS 2400 or BIOS 3500, or instructor approval.
Credits: 3 hours
