MKTG 2900 - Introduction to Food and CPG Industries An introductory course designed to provide an overview of the food and consumer package goods (CPG) industries. The marketing functions performed by producers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers are examined, along with consumer shopping, purchasing and consumption behavior.
