PSCI 4240 - Environmental Law Surveys the major federal statutes and regulatory schemes relating to environmental quality; analyzes and compares the contrasting approaches to regulation with focus on the interaction of Congress, the regulatory agencies, and the courts in defining and implementing environmental mandates.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisite: Twelve hours in political science courses.
