SOC 3630 - Criminal Justice Process This course describes and explains the criminal justice process from a sociological perspective. An analysis of the substantive and procedural criminal law as it relates to criminal justice is presented. The major focus is on the explanation of discretionary criminal justice decision making from arrest to sentencing.
