ACTY 6010 - Accountancy This course is designed for graduate students who have no academic background in accounting. It is a study of the fundamental concepts and applications of financial accounting and managerial accounting. The course emphasizes the use of accounting information and the analysis of accounting statements rather than the recording of transactions and the preparation of accounting statements.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: Admission to the MBA program or department approval.
Credits: 3 hours
Restrictions Restricted to Masters in Business Administration. Notes: Students may not receive credit for both ACTY 6010 and equivalent courses. MSA students may not enroll in ACTY 6010. Open to graduate students only.
