ECE 6050 - Advanced Microprocessor Applications This course is intended to give graduate students the ability to specify, design, simulate and partially test the performance of real-time high-performance microprocessor systems. It address the design problems of interfacing to multi-processor system bus and the design of local and shared memory modules for contemporary RISC and CISC processors.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisites: ECE 5510 or ECE 5570 or equivalent.
Credits: 3 hours
Restrictions This course is restricted to master’s or doctoral students in computer engineering or electrical engineering. Notes: Open to Graduate students only. Lecture Hours - Laboratory Hours: (3 - 0)
