ED 6760 - Learning in Social Contexts This course examines current definitions and theories of the human cognition, that is, how humans think and learn in social context. Graduate students will engage in a detailed theoretical and clinical investigation of the ways in which professional teachers and others who are in teaching roles may foster cognitive development and learning in varied social contexts through the organizational, relational, social, emotional, curricular, pedagogical and assessment choices they make.
