GEOS 5620 - Gravity and Magnetic Exploration Gravity and magnetic methods applied to tectonic, mineral exploration, hydrogeologic, and crustal studies. Theoretical background, instrumentation, surveying techniques, data reduction, processing, computer modeling, and interpretation will be discussed.
Credits: 3 hours
Notes: Open to Upperclass and Graduate students. Lecture Hours - Laboratory Hours: Two lectures and three hours of laboratory, problem solving, and field exercises.
