PADM 6290 - Supervisory Skills for Administrators This elective course includes a consideration of the five most important functions of middle level managers and first line supervisors: decision making, planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. In order to assist participants develop their supervisory skills, this course utilizes case studies, small group discussions, role playing, simulations, and other practical skill building exercises.
Credits: 3 hours
