PT 6560 - Physical Therapist Management of Medical and Integumentary Conditions Students are familiarized with the role of the physical therapist in examining medical and integumentary conditions across the lifespan and continuum of care. Patient management, including examination, and intervention, is presented in a format consistent with the guide to Physical Therapist Practice, and a template for the management of patients with medical and integumentary conditions is developed. Patient examination and management of patients with amputations is also covered. Teaching methods include lecture, lab and case studies.
