ECON 2010 - Principles of Microeconomics


This course is an introduction to microeconomics, which is the study of the price system and resource allocation, problems of monopoly, and the role of government in regulating and supplementing the price system. Other topics, such as international economics, economics of the environment, and health economics, may be introduced time permitting. This course satisfies WMU Essential Studies Level 1: Foundations – Quantitative Literacy Category.
