PEGN 1280 - Wallking/Jogging for Fitness This is a conditioning course that emphasizes cardiovascular fitness through your choice of walking, jogging, or a combination of both. Students will not be required to run but will be expected to complete set distances.
Credits: 1 hour
Notes: Open to all students for general credit or as a co-requisite with HPHE 1701 - Health and Personal Practices, to fulfill the WMU Essential Studies requirement for Level 2: Exploration and Discovery - Personal Wellness Category.
