CYIS 3110 - Cybersecurity Data Analytics This course introduces fundamental programming and analytics concepts, techniques, and tools in managing, analyzing, and interpreting data for cybersecurity informatics. approaches to programming effective data structures, input-output, and flow control will be covered, as well as basic data mining and visualization techniques applied by security analysts to organize and interpret cybersecurity-related data that varies in type, volume, and rate of change.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisite: CYIS 2100 or CYCS 2110, with a grade of “C” or better.
Credits: 3 hours
Restrictions: Restricted to majors in Cybersecurity.
