PEGN 1655 - Introduction to Weight Training Introduction to Weight Training is a 1-credit class that allows students to learn and apply weight training principles with an individualized approach. Students will learn proper lifting technique and how to design and implement a basic weight training program tailored to their own fitness goals.
Credits: 1 hour
Notes: Open to all students for general credit or as a co-requisite with HPHE 1701 - Health and Personal Practices, to fulfill the WMU Essential Studies requirement for Level 2: Exploration and Discovery - Personal Wellness Category.
