OT 4902 - OTA Fieldwork ll B

This course is an 8-week full time hands-on experience in a clinical or community setting under the supervision of an OTR and/or a COTA, focusing on the application of all aspects of coursework learned thus far in the program. Students perform duties and treatment identified in the performance objectives at each treatment setting with the expectation of competence as an entry-level practitioner in the specific field area upon completion.

Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisite: OT 3502 with a grade of “C” or better.

Credits: 6 hours

Restrictions: Restricted to majors in Occupational Therapy.

Notes: Graded on a Credit/No Credit basis.
