STAT 6500 - Statistical Theory I A first course in statistical theory. Topics include random variables, distributions of statistics, limiting distributions, and elementary theory of estimation and hypothesis testing.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisites: MATH 2300 and STAT 3640, with a grade of “C” or better in all prerequisites.
Credits: 4 hours
