ECE 6050 - Advanced Microprocessor Applications This course is intended to give graduate students the ability to specify, design, simulate and partially test the performance of real-time high-performance microprocessor systems. It address the design problems of interfacing to multi-processor system bus and the design of local and shared memory modules for contemporary RISC and CISC processors.
Note: Open to graduate students only.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: ECE 5510, or ECE 5525, or ECE 5570, or equivalent
Credits: 3 hours
Restrictions: This course is restricted to master’s or doctoral students in computer engineering or electrical engineering. Lecture Hours - Laboratory Hours: (3 - 0)
