SWRK 6680 - Social Work Practice with Families This course focuses on practice skills with families. Within a person-in-environment perspective, social, psychological, economic, political, cultural and biological factors are considered as they impact on the families. Theoretical frameworks (e.g., structural, strategic, and Bowenian) will be explored. Particular attention will be paid to families’ strengths.
Note: Open to graduate students only.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: SWRK 6610 or SWRK 6600
Credits: 3 hours
Restrictions: Restricted to Master’s in Social Work.
