ART 2380 - Metals & Jewelry I A survey of jewelry projects with instruction in design and metal craft. Copper, brass, and sterling are the principal materials. Basic stone setting and casting procedures are usually included. Students generally fashion several jewelry pieces in this class.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisites: ART 1040, ART 1050, ART 1070, and ART 1080 (A grade of “C” or better is required for all prerequisites.)
Credits: 3 hours
Restrictions: Restricted to majors or minors in Art; or majors in Art Education, or Graphic Design.
