FCS 4220 - Product Development

Study of developing a product line and garment manufacturing for a target customer group. Introduction to garment quality, costing apparel manufacturing and finishing. Creation of specifications/technical packages using CAD and spreadsheet programs.

Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisites: FCS 1260 and FCS 2200 and (either FCS 2260 or FCS 2220) and (either FCS 2300 or FCS 2570)

Credits: 3 hours

Restrictions: This course is restricted to majors in Fashion Merchandising and Design.
