MGMT 3010 - Leadership and Business Strategy I – Practicum

Students acquire the knowledge, skills, and experience related to strategic analysis, and how to work effectively as a member of a team, through a practicum. In addition to acquiring specific strategic analysis theories and teamwork theories, the course advances students’ understanding in strategic analysis, problem solving, and realistic solution design through working in teams on experiential projects with real companies.

Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisites: MGMT 2020 and MGMT 2500

Credits: 6 hours
