MKTG 2500 - Marketing Principles The role of marketing in an organization is to build and maintain valuable relationships with customers by creating, delivering and communicating value through sound strategic planning. Students will learn the fundamentals of: understanding customer wants and needs; marketing research and analytics; segmentation and positioning strategies; product, pricing, distribution and promotion strategies; and the ethical and social issues that face contemporary marketers in the digital and global economy.
