FIN 2010 - Personal Finance Course covers a variety of topics related to personal finance. Topics include management of income, savings, and investments. Various types of consumer debt are covered, including credit cards, car loans, and student loans. This course also covers personal income taxes, real estate purchases and mortgages, insurance, retirement planning, and estate planning. This course satisfies WMU Essential Studies Level 2: Exploration and Discovery – Personal Wellness Category.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisite: ACTY 1010 or substitute, and BCM 1420 or substitute.
