LS 4150 - Foundations of Literacy

The content of this course explores the foundations of literacy PreK-6. Specifically, teacher candidates will gain a solid foundation of the various literacy components and the ways in which these develop across the elementary years. Teacher candidates will also examine literacy assessments that inform lesson planning and implement instructional practices related to literacy constructs.

Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisites: Junior or Senior standing.
