AVS 2940 - Transport Aircraft Systems Studies transport aircraft structures, focusing on the architecture and function of electrical systems, hydraulic and fuel systems, environmental systems, airframe protection systems, water and waste systems. Discusses inspection, service, troubleshooting, and repair of transport aircraft systems.
Students will be able to interpret and apply technical information from various sources during an inspection, service, troubleshooting, or repair of transport aircraft systems.
This course aligns with the Mechanic ACS according to 14 CFR Part 147.
Prerequisites & Corequisites: Prerequisites: AVS 1220 and AVS 2930 are required with a grade of “C” or better.
Corequisites: AVS 2945
